I rarely write reviews but these guys were great. We had bed bugs at our vacation home in Tahoe City and they were at the property and resolved the issue the next day. The crew was in touch with me throughout the process. The manager who wasn't even at the property called me to discuss the issue and my options. Unlike other Tahoe area companies, they didn't try to take advantage of second home owners by charging outlandish fees for their service. I highly recommend this company.

Responsive, Reliable and Wonderfully Successful. Paragon Pest has been our go to service for the past few years. I'm embarrassed we haven't reviewed them before, but thrilled to do so now.
Our home is in Tahoe Donner. We have been battling all of the critters - carpenter ants, infestations of chipmunks and who knows what.
Joe and his team have been wonderfully responsive and helpful. Sometimes just providing excellent suggestions. Sometimes treating spot issues. And sometimes helping us battling big issues.
Recommend without any reservations.

Joe came out and I described what I had seen, and he told me it was probably a squirrel nest that was no longer active. Then he walked around the house with me and pointed out problem areas where critters might get in. And he didn't charge me for the visit.

We have had Paragon come to two houses for us - one had an ant issue and the other a mouse issue. This is a long time local family owned business and, the implication in saying that (nice, honest, fair, skilled, etc.) could not be more true. They will get to your house quickly, are professional and you will feel treated more than fairly when you get a bill from them. I would trust them completely in my home with any pest issue whatsoever. Paragon is what you wish all businesses were like - and then some! Fantastic company!
